About
We are inviting you to meet us in Circle to connect and engage in anti-Indigenous racism work that will help you understand and bring to action compassionate ways of knowing and responsibility. Our 5 hours together will be interactive, experiential and self-reflective. Together we will take a heart-centered journey through colonial history and explore the continuing impacts of racism in our communities and our Indigenous bodies. You will experience Indigenous teachings that will support you to connect your mind with your heart to enliven change in your personal life and within your professional communities.

Here are some offerings that you may find helpful to prepare yourself to do this important work:
- Please attend with your video camera on so that we can facilitate group connection
- We invite you to bring a small stone/rock with you (one that can fit comfortably in your hand) & we will share some teachings about how to use this rock as a grounding tool
- Please ensure that you have water or coffee/tea with you and that you are set-up in a comfortable, quiet and non-distracted space to allow for your full engagement with us and with the teachings
- We will have have breaks, please bring some nourishment for these times
