About
In this six-month series, participants will engage in discussions on somatic abolitionist essentials such as moorings development, white-body supremacy, healing, and other applications. Sessions will incorporate music, art, movement, and other modalities, along with talks by special guests
SCHEDULE
Each Day
10:00 – 12:00 Central
All Bodies will practice together
12:00 – 1:00 Central
One-hour communal breakout session according to body designation
(i.e.: Black bodies, Indigenous bodies, bodies of culture, and white/white-passing bodies).
Sessions will include weekly practice in triads.
This will be a journey, and we promise a communal, dynamic, and reflective experience!
