About
In this six-month series, participants will engage in discussions on somatic abolitionist essentials such as moorings development, white-body supremacy, healing, and other applications. Sessions will incorporate music, art, movement, and other modalities, along with talks by special guests.
LEARN
In this course you will:
- Bodies of Culture will practice together from 5-7 (CT)
- One-hour communal breakout session according from 7-8 pm CT.
- You are asked to engage in weekly self-directed somatic elicitation practice in triads or on the Black Octopus Society subscription platform if you have a subscription.
- This will be a journey, and we promise a communal, dynamic, and reflective experience!
