Liberation is aided by resource and there is a powerful path to tending and flourishing, not just surviving.

Embodied Somatic Abolitionism is a living, embodied anti-racist practice and culture building—a way of being in the world. Embodied Somatic Abolitionism can help Bodies of Culture recognize how racialized trauma has taken root in the body and how to shift out of trauma into living.
